INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Gin
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 7.5ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 lemon (for garnish)
  • English sparkling wine

METHOD

  1. Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Strain into chilled flute
  4. Top with English sparkling wine
  5. Garnished with a twist of lemon peel
Initial aroma of lemon and freshness, taste begins with champagne, cooled down by the aromatic gin and finished with crisp lemon again. Gin botanicals linger.
