Burts Peppered Margarita

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml tequila
  • 15ml agave nectar
  • 25ml fresh lime juice

SEA SALT FOAM INGREDIENTS:

  • One pint of cold water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 4 tea spoons of sea salt flakes

METHOD

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake
Strain into rocks glass

Sea Salt Foam Method:

Into a cream whipper, add cold water, egg whites and sea salt flakes.
Shake hard, then charge and discard one nitrous cartridge.
Load a second cartridge, turn the canister upside down and gently pull the trigger to siphon out the salt foam.

Test the foam before applying to the drink in a slow and smooth fashion.

Top your drink mix with the sea salt foam and finish with a sprinkle of crushed Burts Sea Salt & Crushed Peppercorn crisps, with the remains of the pack to be enjoyed with your drink.
