The Burtini


  • 50ml Gin
  • 10ml Dry vermouth
  • 3 – 4 Slices of spring onion muddled
  • Quickes Cheese Mature Cheddar (for Garnish)


  1. Combine spring onion gin and vermouth.
  2. Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Serve with cube of Quickes Cheese mature cheddar on a stick.

Initial aroma of spring onion, clean and wet on the palate, gin wash, then rising bite of spring onion and vermouth. Strong onion aftertaste, dependent on level of spring onion in drink.

This drink is best served with our tangy but sweet Vintage Cheddar and Spring Onion crisps.
